Our Approach
Here at Se-wellbeing our therapists work intergratively, drawing from a variety of evidenced based models/approaches and tailor them to meet you needs.
Some of these include:

01
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT aims to help us notice and understand how our thoughts, feelings and behaviours impact each other. It also about recognising unhelpful or unintended cycles and identify ways to break out of these patterns.
02
Solution Focused Therapy
SFT is focused on understanding the individual’s current circumstances and finding opportunities for change will help them move forward. It is a strength-based approach to psychotherapy based on solution-building

03
Compassion Focused Therapy
Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) is a therapeutic approach that can help others with shame and self-criticism. The aim is to help clients to cultivate the skills of self-compassion and other-oriented compassion, which are thought to help regulate mood and lead to feelings of safety, self-acceptance, and comfort.
04
Systemic Therapy
Systemic Therapy focuses on the individual in the context of their relationships with others and seeks to help identify opportunities for change. Systemic therapy is often used when working with couples and families

05
Attachment Based Therapy
Attachment-based therapy is an approach to therapy that specifically targets those thoughts, feelings, communications, behaviours, and interpersonal exchanges that connect back to their early attachment experiences.
